Swan River Bridge Construction

The construction of the Swan River Bridge on Upper County Road next to Hart Farm Nursery is coming along nicely. The precast bridge planks are now being placed and it's completion is scheduled for Wednesday May 15th. Until it's completion the road to Hart Farm will lead through Dennisport.

Alternate routes will need to be taken by those traveling from the West Side of the Swan River Bridge to visit us here at Hart Farm Nursery. Alternate routes include:

From the West (Hyannis):
Green Route: Follow Route 28 East, turn left onto Sea Street, then another left onto Upper County Road. Hart Farm 3/4 of a mile on left.

Purple Route: Take Great Western Road to Depot Street, then turn right onto Upper County Road. Hart Farm 3/4 of a mile on left.
